Is anyone else experiencing making/receiving WhatsApp video and voice calls on their Telkom sim?

I received a Telkom sim yesterday and am using through a Huawei B593 router but am unable to make or receive WhatsApp video and voice calls? Is anyone else experiencing this issue.

I am also unable to log in to my online banking application on my phone.

Kindly note that there are no restrictions on the Telkom network.

Please reboot your devices and update your apps, disable any VPN access,
