When will my fibre be connected

I registered an account at 08:15am and was told that Afrihost was going to verify my details and look into the migration of my Fibre line. The person also mentioned that he would get back to me,  which he never did, as I'm still waiting for feedback or my connection.

Both my wife and I are essential services and require internet to be able to conduct our daily business, so therefore cannot be without internet.

If this matter cannot get sorted out on Monday please inform me so that I can move my business elsewhere.
