why is the internet signal dropping so regularly

Shaylen, I have the same problem. I recently switched from ADSL to fibre and we keep getting disconnected from the wifi and the speed is really slow!
Have you guys has any success in getting an answer to this..... where are you situated, I am in Knysna and I keep losing the download speed and my premises in Cape Town seem to have the same problem
JohnMarc I am in the Southern Suburbs in Cape Town. I was told to reset my router to factory settings then reconfigure it. It worked for a while then disconnected again.
It really does seem that we are given cut and paste answers and yes agreed they do seem to work for a while...... I wonder why Afrihost are not reacting to this, I have been with them for 10 years and they have always been good but my experience of the last few months has been disastrous, just look at down detector ..... all fibre suppliers have the same complaints at the same time....so something bigger than Afrihost or Vox is going on.....come on Afrihost spill the beans we can take it...
