Why can I not log on to Website Manager

Question

Hi, I have not worked on my site for some time and I need to install Wordpress via Softaculous.

However, when trying to access Website Manager, I receive the following message :   {"code":500,"message":"Something went wrong","error_slug":"internal_business_logic"}

Can you assist?

i had the same issue. logged a call with hosting support and they reset password and fixed it.. never did tell me the root cause though...
