My products was cancelled without any notice or concent

I received an email on the 01.06.2020 stating my product is up for cancelation the email stated I should log into client zone and cancel the cancelation before 30.05.2020 please note the email to warm me was sent at 01.06.2020 00h45, I did not request a cancelation, I have a bussiness to run and now cannot use my emails or get into my client zone please resolve this asap
