We have AGAIN logged a call re very slow wifi/unstable wifi/wifi dropping during the day!
The internet keeps dropping out and we continue to experience slow download speeds (> 4mbps) for most of the time and problems watching Netflix all the time now. Also, we cannot conduct work from home!!
This morning we were unable to use our Wifi for a work Zoom call (AGAIN!) even though we turned the router off and back on.
I finally got through (after waiting online for 28 minutes!) and spoke to one of your support team, AGAIN, on friday 15 May. He advised that someone would call later the same day - still waiting!!
We have had this same problem for months now - everytime an Afrihost person works on it and "confirms it is fixed" IT IS NOT - Why our connection still so unstable?
We pay R1000 per month and this is unacceptable - we will have no option but to switch service providers if this is not resolved swiftly.
Earlier today I AGAIN tried calling, sent a whatapp request to help line, requested a call back on your website - STILL WAITING!
Next step is definitely I changing service providers.
