Why am I still not connected after more than a week of my following up on a daily basis for a simple migration

More than a week has passed, several ticket numbers and numerous phone calls /WhatsApp messages - still no joy still no Internet access.

I also thought migration within Vuma Reach is abc but I was wrong, I am still without Internet Access under COVID-19 level three and no e-learning for my students.
