Why does my day time data not show current usage?

It is extremely annoying when my current data shows it was last updated in the beginning of the month and shows i have data left, yet my data is depleted, how is it possible?

Good Day Desmond,

We do apologise for the inconvenience and understand the frustration of not being able to view your Telkom data usage in real-time.
Unfortunately, this is something that is out of our control. When Telkom update their system, it updates on our site to display in ClientZone.


If you have a Huawei B311 or Huawei B525 LTE device there is a way to check your usage through the device, please read the article below for me.
