We received installation of our pure DSL service this afternoon and, I have to say, I am far from impressed. I had to wait on hold for 46min this afternoon to get through to someone in the fibre/DSL department to tell me what my login details are as this was never sent to me. Apparently no-one else was able to supply this information to me. Meanwhile, the technician that installed the service left having to go to another installation - no issues there - advising my husband that, should we need assistance with configuring the router, we only need telephone him and he will be glad to assist. Here we are, 19:10 on June 30th, and none of the WhatsApps I have sent since 17:09 this evening have been answered, let alone read; this is starting to become irksome. Why do you not have an after-hour client support centre ?? Who in their right minds closes the telephone line at 17:00 in the afternoons expecting clients to make use of a WhatsApp service that doesn't seem to be staffed?? I tried the help.afrihost.com portal to no bloody avail !!
If this is the way things are going to go I am going to be a very irate and less than a cordial customer !
