These are great questions :)
Both of these facilities are available to you in ClientZone, provided you are able to get online.
To check your active connections, click on Connectivity and then the Mobile Data product. The Account Overview section will display whether the account is active (not cancelled or suspended) and clicking the Find Out More option will show you the active connections and connection history for that product.
Click on the bandwidth graph on the same page will give you a monthly view of your data usage and you can hit the Send Logs via Email button to email yourself a spreadsheet in detail.
