Why are my emails being ignored by support team and Giaan.

I phoned and requested the special offer of R150 for the 20mps upgrade on the 17th July from 011-622-7586.  To date this has not been resolved with all my emails and many ONE HOUR TELEPHONE CALLS (at a great cost to me).  I am 76 and disabled and am not prepaired to take this rubbish service.  I demand that you fix this and give me the special deal.
