Mb’s dropping below 1mb

Good day, can somebody please assit me with why my line is dropping to a below 1mb per second twice a week. I ussually have a 20mb per second line.

Ussually when I phone the only way to fix it, is to restart my port from Afrihost's side. This has been happening twice a week for the past month. If this happens in the evening I am standed because there is no support I can phone or whatsapp. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem or get a hold of Afrihost in the evening to assist me with this?
