My connectivity is down. Didn't help switching it on or off

Same problem here. Unlikely that Afrihost actually has someone on duty to answer questions or assist clients.
You would have expected them to at least be available via Whatsapp? So this problem might be unresolved the entire weekend?
I wait like 3 hrs for a response via whatsapp and when i respond to them it takes even longer for another response from them, so i gave up on the whatsapp option
It's really bad man. But my connectivity is back again. Seems to be doing this intermittently. I hope both your issues have also resolved itself.
