how to cancel an order

I placed an olrder for a new line installation on 28 September, I am still waiting for  installation confirmation. I would like to cancel order.

sorry for late response

For fiber order you can cancel the order via ClientZone>Connectivity>view product>edit package> cancel this service.

However, please contact Afrihost Support first to check your order status and to confirm with you if the order can be cancelled
