UNCAPPED package during Covid19 Lockdown

During lockdown we were notified that our package would now be UNCAPPED instead of CAPPED. There has been a serious deterioration in connectivity since this happened.  Are we now being throttled on the uncapped package?  When will we go back to a CAPPED package and have a better and more consistent connectivity.

Good day,

Apologise for the deterioration in connectivity you are experiencing.

All our Fibre packages are uncapped. None are capped. Pure Fibre is uncapped, unshaped, unthrottled with no usage thresholds.

What fibre package were you on and what package did you upgrade to?
Perhaps there is another reason for the connectivity issues you are experiencing.
