Please note that pure lte (MTN) sim is linked and locked to one location "LTE-A tower".The location it gets locked to is the location you supply during sign up.
So when you relocate, you will need to check pure LTE (MTN) availabity on your address. If you have coverage you will then need to take along your lte device and sim to your new address, then you contact afrihost LTE support team when you get to your new address so that they can re-link your sim card to new available tower in the area.
Please see the article below for Afrihost pure LTE FAQs
"What happens to my LTE device and Pure LTE (MTN) SIM when I move address?
If you move to another location, you will need to contact our Support team to request MTN to assign the SIM card to the new location as the service is locked to a single tower in the area."
