I need help in placing a migration order.

I am moving to a new home in the 1st week of December. The previous owners already have Octotel. They advised me to go for migration. I need this to be set up in the 1st week of December 2020.

Hi there!


If the previous tenants had their services with us (Afihost) and have cancelled, the services will only be terminated month end which should be on the 30th November 2020. Once done, to process a migration order you will need to do an online application on our website: https://www.afrihost.com/fibre/
