Apologies for any misunderstanding and inconvinience thus caused.
Please note: all Afrihost services can only be cancelled online through the Client Zone account.
Any cancellations done before the 15th of the month will take effect at the end of that current month. Cancellations done after the 15th of the month will then only be effective from the end of the following month and not in the current month. All DSL line cancellations are processed on the 1st of every month. Services cannot be cancelled if there are any outstanding balances on the account. The account must be settled first.
So if you have cancelled before the 15th and the account was not in any arrears but an invoice was sent for next month, please do call our accounts department directly on the number 011 612 7200 and select option #3 for accounts, they should promptly assist you.
