Fibre connection

Had fibre installed on Thursday.  Not able to connect to fibre. PON light keeps on flashing. What does that mean? Is a problem?  How do I fix?

Apologies for the delay in response. If the PON light is still flashing, your fibre ONT may not have been provisioned properly.
