My fiber Internet have been of for 3 days now and nobody is helping me i am getting frustrated

Afrihost account has be transferred to me.We received an email that the account will run all changes will be done on the 6th of Jan 2021, the account is still continue until end of Jan. We now have been offline for two days since we received the communication from Afrihost,we are disconnected what is the course of the disconnection?
