Debited order but no active/past orders

Afrihost very nicely debited my account for my order but under "my account" in client zone, there are no active or past orders. Shouldn't i then get a refund?

Hi there,

If you have signed up for a monthly product with Afrihost your account will be debited on the 1st of each month.
Active Orders in ClientZone will show if you have any hardware ordered still to be delivered to you. If there is nothing displaying then you have received your order and it shall display under Order History.

Good day,

Please note that if you have sign up for fibre line or pure dsl, your order will reflect under 'connectivity tab' with order status - processing order.
