Alternatively, if you are able to access your clientzone please follow the steps below,
- Log into ClientZone.
- Click on the ‘My Account’ tab.
- Under Preferences in the sidebar, click on ‘Personal Details’.
- Type in new cellphone number under 'contact number' and 'cellphone number' tab
