I have an existing Openserve fibre connection but do not have the B(circuit) number. How do I find the number?

I have  (hopefully)  cancelled a 10mb  installation with Mweb as I have had no response to my requests and have been waiting far too long for the installation to take place..

Openserve had called me with the incorrect address on two occasions.

I already have one Openserve fibre connection at the same address (Mweb) which I intend to cancel after their useless communications.

I intend to sign up with Afrihost but unfortunately couldn't do so because I do not know the fibre circuit number.

Openserve reckons the ISP would be able to supply the info but there is no ISP connected to the line in question.
