If Vumatel is installed in your complex you will have to sign up for a Vumatel package. You can not switch providers unless both providers are in the complex which is unlikely.

Vuma reach is only in specific areas, if your area/complex is covered by Vuma reach then you can sign up with them.
If you look on the map and it says you are not covered but you know 100% for sure you are, during the signup process you can select 'If you're sure you have Fibre in your area, sign up here.' or email our Fibre department - email@example.com
