Need info before I sign up

We recently got fibre intalled in our area, my complex too...its not yet updated on the map but few residents hsve confirmed we are live. I want to get one installed in my house, was thinking of buying the mesh router for myself? Do i have to order you router when i sign up even though I have my own mesh router?

Can I use Openserve deals? Vumatel installed until the gate

Do I qualify for vuma reach?

How do I apply if on the maps it still shows no Fibre?

Hi there,

You can check the coverage in the area on the map

You don't have to take the router offered when signing up if you have your own.
Please ensure is a WAN Fibre ready router.

If Vumatel is installed in your complex you will have to sign up for a Vumatel package. You can not switch providers unless both providers are in the complex which is unlikely.

Sign up for Afrihost Fibre -

Vuma reach is only in specific areas, if your area/complex is covered by Vuma reach then you can sign up with them.

If you look on the map and it says you are not covered but you know 100% for sure you are, during the signup process you can select 'If you're sure you have Fibre in your area, sign up here.' or email our Fibre department -
