This is determined by the coverage in your area in which you register it to and then the area in which you are going or moving to. The area has to be covered with the same provider (Pure MTN LTE or Telkom LTE)
If you are moving with the Pure Fixed MTN LTE service, you would need to contact our LTE support team (08000 11000 , select option 2 for 1 for LTE support) and ask them to relocate your Pure MTN LTE device to the new address. This relocation can only be done 3 times a year.
