Problems with DSL Line

I Have been in contact with Afrihost for close to a week now.....I have no internet service, I work from home plus its school holidays and i am unable to connect to the Interenet.

When I contact Afrihost, all they have to say is we need to reconfigure the router, which I dont think the othere person on the other line actually knows what he / she  is doing....

Then I get told from someone wlse, they have esculated the matter to Openserve, which I am stilll waiting for.

 

Afrihost expects there payment end of the month, but for what, if they cant even provide a service....

 

This happens at least once a month, where im without internet for about a week, but yet I still have to pay the full amount.

Not impress by the service at all.....

13 Days and still no internet
38 Days now.....................NO INTERNET..............Received a call on Friday last week from openserve to come and install the line.........................waited the whole day to come no one pitched up.....If i dont email/watsup Afrihost no one gives me feedback....I have to follow up all the time.....Seriously now 38 Days, do you think this a good service you giving your clients, whether the problem is with Openserve or Afrihost its pathetic......my question will only be replied to in a weeks time:(

42 Without internet, no feedback from Afrihost at all....had to follow up with them, said Openserve will contact me soon.......wonder how long that will take...............another 42 days......
