WHMCS server settings

Please can anyone tell us why we always get "Access denied" error when trying to configure the server settings for WHMCS to work.

When we click the "Login to WHM" button we receive error message "An Error Occurred. Unable to auto-login."

When we click on "Sync Accounts", we receive error message, "Unable to connect to the remote server: Access denied"

Trust you are doing well...

Kindly check if your Login details are correct, i.e double-check if your password is correct. If it still does not grant you access, then please reset your password and try again.
