Clientzone's 'managing email' function isn't working.

Good Day 

You would usually get this error if you have a pending hosting package upgrade or if you have recently signed up for the hosting package.

  • If you have exceeded the disk quota usage that has been assigned to your cPanel account, you will be required to upgrade your hosting package. Please find a helpful link on what to do when you have reached your disk quota  https://help.afrihost.com/topic/email/what-to-do-when-you-have-reached-your-disk-quota
  • if you have recently signed up for the hosting package,It can take up to 2 days to activate the Domain and have you setup on our servers .
