For the verification process, Afrihost will deposit R1 into your bank account and will add a unique verification code in the transaction description, this is visible in your bank statement.
- To verify your banking details, you will need to provide the unique verification code (VC) found latest in your bank statement/Afrihost transaction.
- To find this code, you may need to download your bank statement as some mobile banking apps don't show the latest/small transactions.
Once you have located the VC code,
- Log into your ClientZone account and go to ‘Billing’. Select ‘Verify Payment Details’ and click on ‘Verify’
- Enter the Verification Code & Click 'Verify'

If it happens that you still can find your unique VC code, Please kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting for a new VC code to be generated.
