SSH is disabled by default, the primary account holder of the domain will need to send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org to have jailed shell enabled.
To access you will need to use the following command:
ssh ftpuser@domainname -p24 or
ssh ftpuser@serverIPAddress -p24
Password would be your Cpanel password
You can also update your php.ini files in MultiPHP INI Editor under Cpanel
- In cPanel, scroll down and Under the ‘Software’ section select ‘MultiPHP INI Editor ’.
- Under Configure PHP INI basic settings click the dropdown menu that says — Select a location —
- Select the domain you would like to make changes to
- When finished making changes, click Apply
