Hi Togeda

Openserve will generally install new DSL services at the premises within 14 working days after the order is submitted and processed. Pure DSL is a separate service from regular DSL, Openserve will need to install the new DSL services at your premises. They will call you to schedule an appointment.
How to sign up for Pure DSL

Important: If you don't have a copper line installed at your premises, you will NOT be able to get Pure DSL. No new copper line installations will be done by Openserve.

So you might also consider other broadband services that we offer :

Why can't I get fibre?

The availability of fibre providers in your area is determined not only by the area you live in but also by the type of residence you have.

For example, if you live in a gated community, an FNO may have collaborated with the developers to bring fibre exclusively to your home.

Fibre is still new and currently being rolled out across the country. So you may not have Fibre available in your area just yet. You can use our  Fibre Availability Map to find out if your area is Fibre ready and which providers are available.

  • If Fibre is not available in your area.

You will be presented with a Show Interest Form. Enter your details and click on the ‘Notify Me’ button. We’ll let you know as soon as Fibre becomes available in your area or an internet alternative option if coverage is available in your area.
