Good Day 

In order for us to provide you with services - such as topping up your account every month, showing you your balances and call history via our App or ClientZone or notifying you when you reach your usage thresholds, we need you to give MTN permission to share this information with us and relay it to you.

What will happen if you do not give consent? Without this consent, we cannot access any information relating to your SIM and thus cannot provide you with any services.

Good day

In order for you to do a SIM Swap you will need to have your RICA documents which will be your Original ID, Billing account (not older than 3 months). Please visit the Afrihost Air Mobile tab to follow the steps required to do a SIM Swap: How to do a SIM swap - Air Mobile by Afrihost

When you are done with all the steps, you will be able to make calls on your MTN SIM Swap number.
