In order to successfully migrate your fibre from Afrihost to another Provider, you will need to cancel your Afrfihost package and sign up with the new provider of your choice.
Cancellations are made as per the General Terms, and will only be accepted from within ClientZone.

Cancellations. Any cancellations done before the 15th of the month will take effect at the end of that month. Cancellations done after the 15th of the month will then only be effective from the end of the following month. Services cannot be cancelled if there are any outstanding balances on the account. The account must be settled first.
Once your line has been effectively cancelled and released by Afrihost, you can sign up with the provider of your choice.
