In order to successfully migrate your fibre to Afrihost, you will need to process what we call a Fibre Migration.
What does migration mean? My home already has a fibre line installed - There is a line installed and I just need to switch ISPs.
What do I need to do in order to switch over to Afrihost?
You will need to ensure that services are effectively cancelled with Mweb and the line is released, which would allow Afrihost to submit an order to Vuma and take over the line.
