Why is my mobile data suddenly not working?

I am not able to use anything that uses data (whatsapp, facebook etc doesn't load). I have data and my APN settings are correct - this has been going on for 3 days already.

Good day 

First, you need to confirm that you have available mobile data to use.

  • Ensure that you are using the Afrihost apn and that it is set as default.   

     Delete all your APN  by resetting apn settings to default .

Please, get in touch with the customer support team, it is the most adequate way to find the quickest solution. I had just the same issue with Alcatel, but these contacts and these reviews https://alcatel.pissedconsumer.com/review.html helped me out greatly. Best of luck!
