Good day

Once the Fibre line has been installed at your premises, it’s a simple case of getting it activated. What usually happens is, at the end of a day of installations, the technician responsible for your installation will advise the last mile provider of all the installs that were completed, at which point they can put you live on the network. This will usually only take a day, but remains provider dependant and is influenced by other factors.

Once the last-mile Fibre provider lets us know that installation is completed and ready to go, we provision your Internet data and you receive your first bill.

If activation does not happen automatically you may need to do it manually.
