You will first need to sign up for fibre. The next step is to have a fibre line brought into your home, the relevant last-mile Fibre provider will only be in touch to get the Fibre line installed at your premises once the order has been processed (Timeframe varies by provider) Last-mile Fibre provider installation and activation time frames.
