I applied for a 20mb package through my Company Farmtrac Dundee Pty Ltd at a cost of R399pm, instalation was done and the line activated, the installers said Afrihost would send me my password, to date nothing has happened. My staff queried it, and we're told that I did not Vuma Reach in my area but Vuma Aerial Tower which would cost me R697pm This is misleading advertising, I searched my address, of 25 Rorke Street Dundee and was offered the 20mb package, I accepted and paid. That is a contract. That's it, if not sorted in 12 hours I am going to the press/ social media for misleading advertising. I get shunted from Vuma to Afrihost. They are absolutely useless, I mean useless, hang on for 20 minutes on the phone, help desk can't help you, you can't get through anybody in authority. They are useless! Full stop
