Please note that in order to successfully receive products, You will need to have a ClientZone account with an active or cancelled Afrihost package.
If there is no billing tab in your ClientZone,I would suggest that you sign up for any of our Air Mobile Prepaid package (This would allow you to capture your payment details and create a billing tab in your ClientZone).

Once you have an active package with Afrihost, you will then be able to receive the product that has been transferred to you.
To receive the product
- Log into ClientZone.
- Click on the ‘My Account’ tab.
- Under Product Transfers in the sidebar, click on ‘Receive Products’.
- Select the relevant ones you would like to receive in the list on the right and follow the steps from there.
