You can easily view your airtime and data balances in the Afrihost Mobile App.
- Open the Afrihost Mobile App on your device.
- Select the ‘Broadband’ or ‘Mobile’ tab on the top of the app.
- The data balance can be found on the right of each connectivity product, displayed in the green or blue circle. Select the product for a more detailed balance.
You can also easily check your data usage in ClientZone.
- Log into ClientZone.
- Click on the ‘Connectivity’ tab.
- Select your Mobile/DSL/Fibre Data package.
- You will be able to see your current data usage in the account overview panel.
