Why does my wifi go off a week before the next pay date?

Good day Sammy

If you are on VumaReach Fibre ,
The first initial payment that you make will cover you from the date of activation to the same time the next month.

For example, if your service was activated on the 14th of October, your payment will cover you until the 13th of November. So the next billing will be calculated in a form of a pro-rata invoice. calculated from 13 November to 30 November which would be due on the 1st of November. Thereafter your full package amount would be due on the 1st of each month.
