ie when I opened the Afrihost account

Good day 

You can view any order that you have not yet received, as well as all of your past orders in the My Account section of ClientZone.

How to view your active orders

You can view any active orders in Clientzone, simply follow the steps below.

  1. Log into ClientZone.
  2. Click on the ‘My Account’ tab.
  3. Under Manage My Orders in the sidebar, click on ‘Active Orders’.
  4. Any active orders will be shown in the list on the right.

How to view your order history

You can view all past orders you have placed with Afrihost, simply follow the steps below.

  1. Log into ClientZone.
  2. Click on the ‘My Account’ tab.
  3. Under Manage My Orders in the sidebar, click on ‘Order History’.
  4. All past orders will be shown in the list on the right.
