OPT will be sent to the primary contact number via SMS and is valid for 15 minutes.
If your primary contact number has changed, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that the account can be verified. Once this is done an OTP will be sent to you via email.
If you have access to your ClientZone , You can update your contact details in Clientzone, simply follow the steps below.
- Log into ClientZone.
- Click on the ‘My Account’ tab.
- Under Preferences in the sidebar, click on ‘Personal Details'.
- Here you’ll be able to update your personal details, company details, social information*, daytime delivery address, and postal address.
