Why is OpenServe so disappointingly useless?

I logged a ticket Monday this week for loss of connection regarding my ADSL line to my home. Up to now there has been no attempt from OpenServe to come to site and fix the issue. It is highly likely a very small issue at the distribution box outside the complex. Please see the reference below for the issue:

There is an existing fault logged, 37BTK010122

It is an area fault.

Since I have wasted a week with no connectivity, as always with Openserve the service delivery is beyond useless. I cannot overstress my frustration regarding this. Once again the state owned Openserve is disgustingly hopeless with doing anything productive. It further begs the question what am I paying for?? Why am I paying Afrihost a monthly instalment for NO SERVICE?? Isn’t that a breach of contract? Isn’t this ground to open a lawsuit against Afrihost/OpenServe due to negligence? Why don’t the responsible people wake up to the obvious fact that the service delivery is ineffectual? How many more people must scream and shout the same thing over and over?

I am beyond disappointed. Know that as soon as I can I will move to a new service provider. SpaceX Starlink might just be God-sent for this nation. I know many more people will highly likely follow suit to no longer deal with uselessness.

Upon checking the provided area outage ref: 37BTK010122, It is indeed an exchange issue where the Core Network correlator has detected a lower than usual traffic pattern on this device and BBAT is currently investigating.
