Mmm, think I was lucky in this regard.
I had a Afrihost 10Gb + 10Gb package. When I cancelled (moved to other broadbank option) the package, I didn't know it would remove the SIM from the website. That being said, after the month has ended and went into the new month, I wanted to go and get a 500mb mobile option on the SIM. However the SIM was not there. I was a bit annoyed about this and didn't want to order a new SIM with RICA process again.
So I went and signed up for a new package, noted I already had a MTN SIM and I could remember the afrihost SIM number. Slotted that in and it worked, the SIM got activated and working again. After it was cancelled.
