How do I stop a monthly debit order from Afrihost?

I'm usually a person that needs lots of MOBILE data irregulary. Sometimes I'm on holiday and I dont have access to my home wifi. I would like to register for Afrihost, but just for one month at this moment. Then maybe again in three months time i may need mobile data again. I would like to know, how do I register for mobile data in December and just for this month only? Do i state it anywhere? or where and how do I stop the debit/redit card order from billing in January?

I trust that you are well.

There are two options, one is to cancel before the 25th of the month (before the billing period)

or to pause the service from a particular period.


All of this can be done on Client Zone depending on what you need to cancel/pause.

Connectivity (all connectivity accounts) or hosting.smiley

Hi there

We do not provide a service whereby one can sign up only for a month. We do not have any mobile plan that works like a pre-paid data that you buy from other providers. However, if you wish to get data with us you would need to use the 2 methods that are being described in the answer below. When you sign up only for a month, from the time you sign up you will be billed pro-rata and get allocated pro-rata data. You will only be able to get your full data at the beginning of the new month, however you will still be able to top-up your data to the amount of data you need. Also another thing to consider is that when you sign up for our sim card you would need to RICA all the sim cards that you sign up for. Every time you cancel and sign up again a new sim card will allocated to you.
