Cloud hosting VCPU

For your cloud service you only specify the amount of VCPU's available per package. It doesn't state what speed you can expect to get. Can you please elaborate on this?

I understand that the amount of resources fluctuate , howewever I would just like to know on average what would the performance be comparable to ? A XEON 3.2 GHZ for instance?

Performance is hard to measure and you could get a trail (not sure if you can still get these) then test it out. It also depends on what you're using the cloud server for.
