My data bundle is not active

 have received my SIM card this morning but its stil not active, I can not access internet on my PC.
I have a router, a usb modem and 3 PC which i would all 3 of them to have internet access.
I'm using Win 7 on all the PCs and a Huawei HG532s

I have contacted you the last two days already twice without any response. During last month I found that the data is very slow to response and sometimes I left it and use my wi fi  connection. A few days ago when I contacted you first it did not spond in any way. I tried it in another two devices without any success.

Can you please help me!!
