My sim card is not working. I have contacted you already twice in connection with this, without any response.

During last month I found that my data selection on the tablet is not responding. I then changed over to wi fi. I could not use the data because when I have tried the last day of the month to connect my device said no sim card. The same thing happened when I tried it in two other devices.

I think you might have a faulty SIM card and if you're close to Rivonia, you could pop into the Afrihost office to get a replacement. You could also open a support ticket on your clientzone for a faster response to this issue.
