Verification of ADSL LIne Failed

I tried the verification for my ADSL Line at Telkom but it said it failed.

Your Request For ADSL. Your DN Number and Order number is Unknown please try again.

Please tell me what I am doing wrong?

I keyed in 3 times the order number and the telephone line number.

If the order was made directly with Telkom, you might want to contact Telkom Contact Center or for a faster resolution on this, you might want to make a trip to your nearest Telkom shop. (Personal Experience).
